Restored bicycles are a distinctive feature along walls and in gardens throughout the village, as part of the Bettystown Tidy Towns' bicycle restoration project. The initiative involves sourcing old bicycles, restoring them, and displaying them across town, decorated with colourful flowers to add character and brighten public spaces. During special occasions, the bikes are also decorated to match the season, such as with pumpkins for Halloween.
